About Barry
Barry Allen is a radio veteran of over 20 years, having managed radio stations and entertained listeners since the 1990’s, but it didn’t start there…
When Barry was 10-years old, he created a faux audio studio in his bedroom out of cardboard, a sharpie, and a Mr. Microphone boom box. He knew what he wanted to do in life and he couldn’t wait until his voice was “adult” enough to do it for a living.
After high school Barry went to college for radio and TV broadcasting, and has been part of radio and voice acting since. He always has a microphone near by, no matter if he’s at home or enjoying a vacation destination (which explains his quick turnaround).
In his personal time, Barry enjoys traveling and outdoor adventures with his wife, kids and pups. He now calls Minnesota his home again, where he was born and raised.
